SHOW HIGHLIGHTS
(4:30) How can we have standards but no expectations?
(12:40) What kind of rights of passage can I do with my daughters?
(17:30) I work out 5-6 times a week, drink plenty of water throughout the day, and am very intentional about what I eat. Additionally I get about 7 hours of sleep a night on average. Caffeine intake isn’t insanely high, but I do drink a cup of coffee in the morning and in the afternoon after lunch. That said, I still tend to get pretty tired throughout the day. Any tips on maintaining better energy levels? Maybe some things that work well for you?
(20:40) I have had mentors for most of my life, but occasionally I unplug and get off track a bit. How can I stay plugged in and on the right path?
(30:00) Between Jiu-Jitsu, weight training, and cardio, I am always sore. Will this pain every go away or is this just the cost of trying to get/stay in shape?
(36:00) What is the one thing, or several things, that have surprised you most about your sobriety?
(42:40) Have you seen or heard of some other sources around the internet that promote to help young men?
(52:00) As a single man 28 years old man with no kids and never married what would be your advice on how to prepare for a family and the right woman?
