1:27.8	Regular listeners know from the very beginning part of this show has always been my own personal reflections and my own personal history.
1:33.1	I think of the show as an oral history of yoga coming to the West and becoming part of mainstream culture.

1:37.7	I feel like me coming into my adulthood has paralleled that.
1:44.5	I started teaching yoga in my early 20s.
1:48.5	A few weeks ago, I turned 52.
