Back like they never left are Lex and Leo Young on the podcast.
Since their last appearance, Leo has placed 16th in the world at the 2023 World XC Championships in Bathurst, Australia, as well as ran a 3:40 1500m against a stacked field of professional runners. Lex has placed third at New Balance Indoor Nationals in the 5k running a blistering time of 14:00.64. He ran 3:47 in a competitive 1500m a few weeks later. Tonight, Lex will be competing in the 5k at the Brian Clay Invite, heating up the track for Leo, who is tackling the 1500m tomorrow.
In this episode, Lex and Leo go in-depth into their recent races, their plans for this spring, opinions on the new CIF Rule, Youtube things, and much more. Needless to say, this episode is packed with insights, wisdom, and inspiration. Lex and Leo never fail to deliver a fire podcast episode, and today is no exception. I hope you all take the time to listen, as I know it will be both inspiring and entertaining.
