he's the Rose and Milton Friedman, appropriately enough, Milton Friedman.

He's the Rose and Milton Friedman Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

He's taught economics at Cornell, UCLA, and Amherst. He's the author of a new book, Charter, Schools, and Their Enemies.

Let me talk about a few things first.

Let's start with some emails, Claude, because we got a whole bunch of good ones.

Couple about the passivity of the American people.

We got Jim Stockman who wrote,

talked about the CT-Doff on the Heather Mcdonald interview

and said, Bill mentioned a couple of things that resonated with me passive receivers of information

and generalizing from the particular.

He thinks these are modern day maladies, but he worries about people not being able to think for themselves.

And interestingly he cites the KIP Academy's,

KIP programs in economically disadvantaged areas in New York,

which we're going to talk to Tom Sol about, actually.

He says in some, it seems as though in part we're now reaping what we have sewn in the educational

system for many, many years.

The public is far too easily manipulated.

Manipulators know that and they use that.
