The last time I was in this seat, it was certainly the most difficult broadcast I've ever done out of,

I know, probably a couple thousand in my life. It was the day that my good friend and a national

treasure, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated, which took place just before we got on air and we

worked through that together. Those of you who are back with me, I really appreciate it.

And it is fitting that this was already on the books for me to be here

today the day after Charlie's Memorial, which I have to say was a stunner. I was on the floor,

just 10 or so rose back from the stage. So I had a not quite a front row seat, but just about

considering there was 80,000 people in the arena and another 10 or 20,000 in an overflow

arena next door because the way they have it in Glendale, they've got the football

stadium next to the baseball stadium.

So there are people in the baseball stadium watching on a close circuit feed, whatever

they had going.

It was a surreal experience in the best sense of the word.
