Tim, they said that the appeal would be filed by Friday. It's Wednesday, an appeal was filed.

I literally have not looked at it it but I know you have.

So I just wanted to bring you in and you'll take questions and I think tomorrow night we will do a proper show.

What they file is a motion for the appellate court

to relinquish jurisdiction because they believe there's an evidentiary hearing that needs to be done and it's economically should be done with the appellate court and it came to the attention when the

conflict arose with Dan representing Charlie right? Well now we know it's coming full circle. If you recall back then,

remember when Donna and Harvey was on the witness list and then Georgia wanted to depose them and the lawyer came down and said they
