I've been following his work for a little bit, a little while.

And he recently wrote an article called the Corona Nation, Coronation.

And he dove into some of the complexities and intricacies of the coronavirus and what it

means for our system and our society right now.

So joining me today

is Charles Eisenstein. And he is a public speaker, a gift economy advocate and the author of

several books, including the Acent of Humanity, Sacred Economics, which is an incredible book

So he was born in 1967, graduated from Yale University in 1989 with a degree in mathematics

and philosophy. He's lived in Taiwan where he worked as a translator. He's married

as kids and he later returned to the United States. And he currently lives in Asheville,

North Carolina. So he frequently travels to speak and share his work at conferences and other

events. He has done an incredible amount of writing and public speaking on various topics.

But today we are going to dive into the idea of normal and how a lot of what's happening right now, society,

we're really going to take a deep dive into the impacts of the coronavirus

and what it means for our culture and our society and how our perception of normal is not only

being eroded, but our perception of what is true is sort of under attack in some ways.
