I think most of the world knew this guy as one of the top bodybuilders, but never knew much more about him and he is a

fascinating individual with a lot going on and I'm just so honored that we could

help share this man's personality with the world.

And that's what we love to do here at London, Rio.

We love to take an hour or two of your time and get you inside someone's head who you normally might not be in and you know just to find out more about them and maybe be inspired in some way.

be completely different individuals individuals or are they I'll let you

think about that one for a while this week we have Charles Eisenstein on the show and

he's the author of a book called Sacred Economics and he's an

interesting guy he describes himself as a storyteller and you know he he went to

school at Princeton he went to learn Chinese in Taiwan and then he kind of took a look at his life and decided

to re-examine all his priorities.

And what I like about this guy is he makes us question, you know, what we use money for and how it how it interacts with our life.

And he's not hating per se on the banking system or on capitalism, but he tries to find

out kind of if we've lost touch with our community when we buy goods as opposed to

Barter for goods and he has an interesting point about how we're I think we're all trying to find community whether it's online or on London real and

and he asserts that we can't have a community unless
