I'm grateful to be here and that we can just talk about habits and behavioral change and what are the characteristics that are going to lead to long-term

weight loss success. I've been noticing recently some key characteristics. I kind of wanted to

call this podcast episode like personality types as a little bit of a clickbait to what are

the personality types or what are these things that

innately help people to be successful things like dedication and willpower and focus the awesome

thing is that none of that is actually true there's no amazing personality type there is no

specific innate qualities that you need to have.

It's not about how fast your metabolism is or whether you can stay focused or whether you have a lot of

willpower. What really matters are habits and behaviors that you do have control of that we can all cultivate and get better at.

And these are things that we've been able to observe over the past year or so that the program

that I run, Lean of Plants, has changed and evolved into a coaching one-on-one program.

So prior to about six months ago, most of what we did was DIY, work-through material yourself,
