Bobby Flay, the great Bobby Flay is here today.

This is his first stop on the tour, and he is promoting,

again, this is his 18th book.

He's never made a book quite like this,

and this is now a book that I think if you're a young aspiring cook

that you would want because it is a compendium

of his philosophy and techniques, and it's beautiful.

We're back after a hiatus.

We filmed a live show.

That happened if people, I saw on discord, I used my wife's account.

It was like, well, I wish people would give us a heads up.

I wish we would have given your heads up but we didn't know until we recorded this yesterday which is now this coming out Monday today's

podcast but the one that showed up last Thursday we showed up to work we had a bunch of

meetings trying to I cooked a lot of recipes for dinner time live I cut into a hot lasagna that should not have been cut into.
