So, boy, do I have a lot to talk to you about today. Just to give you a little feeler of what's to come in this episode, we're going to talk about things I feel like I've outgrown, a mental health check-in. I'm going to tell you about a big breakthrough that Max and I had in our marriage. I want to revisit the Ozempic conversation because I've had some changes of heart, if you will. I want to tell you about my hair journey that I'm on. I want to do a check-in on intuitive eating. What I've been noticing about my eating patterns recently, I want to talk about how I'm doing with my whole energy shift for the new year that I told you about last time. So we're going to go all over the place, but it's going to be fun.
