0:00.0	Chaotic is a word that is very valid for a lot of the calls we take as dispatchers.
0:30.1	Sometimes you can have someone calling in screaming like they just witnessed a murder,
0:35.3	and it turns out they just were witnessing a reckless driver.
0:40.1	Other times, you might get someone who actually did witness a murder, and they're reasonably calm.
0:47.5	That's a rarity, though.
0:49.1	But it does happen.
0:51.5	It all depends on the person calling.
0:54.3	When you get a big incident going with a lot of people around,
0:58.9	sometimes chaotic doesn't even begin to fit the call.
1:03.9	I'd be willing to bet that you can imagine what sort of calls I'm going to have on the show today.
1:09.9	Welcome back to another episode of Music City 911.
1:30.5	This episode is going to be a lot like last week.
1:32.0	Call heavy.
1:33.9	And I do mean heavy.
1:38.7	The incidents I have to go over had a lot of calls for each one of them.
1:44.0	The first one is comprised of clips of calls, some very short.
1:48.1	But that's what happens with a lot of these types of incidents.
1:55.6	You'll have somebody call 911 and you just get very light info or maybe even just noises in the background.
2:01.3	And you have to deeply listen to the audio to try and grab details and update the call.
2:05.8	We'll get right into this first one right now, and you'll see what I mean.
