0:43.2	Today we're going to talk about the deaths of 10 people. I'm Joseph Scott Morgan and this is Body
0:52.7	Bags. Back with me today is my good friend Jackie Howard, executive producer of Chrome Stories
1:04.0	with Nancy Grace. Jackie, what can you tell us about this tragedy? 10 people died in a stampede
1:10.0	at the Astral World Festival in Houston during rapper Travis Scott's concert and now we do have a
1:17.0	ruling by the Harris County Medical Examiner on those deaths. Those victims were aged 9 to 27
1:24.1	years old and they died of compression asphyxia according to the examiner's report. Another 300
1:32.6	people were injured. Now the audience was over 50,000 people and from what we know, a large
1:38.1	majority of those patrons started to storm the stage which led to these deaths. I have so many
1:45.2	questions, but let's start with the fact, Joe, that this is not the first time that something like
1:52.2	this has happened. Right, you are, Jackie. It's not the first time in an adhuman nature. It seems
1:57.3	like we never learned from tragedies. It's almost like history repeats itself and when I first heard
2:04.0	about these deaths and, well, the injuries, because at first we didn't know how many people had
2:10.0	died. We didn't know if anybody had died, but we knew that folks had been injured. It was,
2:14.5	it was total anarchy out there and immediately I began to reflect back to my youth and, you know,
2:21.2	what happened up in Cincinnati at the infamous Who Concert where, you know, you had many people
2:29.4	up there that were injured there and as well, you had folks that were crushed to death.
2:35.1	I think there were 11 deaths at that concert. There were and I still remember, you know,
2:41.0	reflecting back over the years how impactful that moment was and there were a lot of questions
