Good morning.

to you. If we don't fill our mind with prayer, it will fill itself with anxieties, worries,

temptation, resentment, and unwelcome memories. It's from Instagram. Because I don't know

what I want and what I truly need in any given situation, I think I do. I often think

I do deeply, but because I know I can feel that I know that I do not, that I don't have

the correct vantage point to know what is needed in every situation. Instead of praying

for what I think is needed, I just call his name. I silently, inwardly repeat God's

name. That's my prayer. I fill my mind with that. And there's no room for doubt. There's

no room for lack, and there's no room for fear. And every time a thought that suggests

lack is noticed. I call his name again, but something I forgot to say yesterday too, about

when I'm meditating, often in the silence. I'm calling that silence by name, reminding

myself that only it is present, that only it is here. And when I remember this, even

when that formal meditation is over and I'm back in the world, I'm still meditating.

I'm still filling God, knowing God, calling God inside, filling my mind with God. So there's

not room for anything else, any other seeming power, any other period. That's all God.

I had a mini revelation a few weeks ago that because we found this love, it's like we

can't help but be in line. Like we're in queue for home. But unless we are actively chanting,

inwardly calling his name, the line doesn't move very much. But when we chant, the line

starts moving again. I shared that a couple days ago with Ganesh Das, one of my God friends,

and he said chanting is the fast pass. That doesn't even work. It's like the VIP access
