she's learned along the way. So Jessica, thanks for joining us today. Thanks for having me.

It's pleasure to be here. All right. Let's, first of all, let's give us a little snapshot of you, your world, your business,

and then also specifically, how does speaking fit into that?

Because I know speaking is just kind of one hat that you wear.

So kind of give us the 30,000 foot view of what your business is like today.

I have been speaking for six years now, and it started when I finished my doctoral degree and I turned my dissertation into a book.

It wasn't something that I had planned on doing, and I actually was being asked to speak at events before my book was even published.
