Summary

This episode marks the 12th and final episode of Season Two. What a wild, magical, beautiful and tragic year it has been— a season of dramatic change: personally, professionally, spiritually, and as we say in the episode “you are allowed to feel all the feelings”. And we have! With the global pandemic, heavy social movements, politics (in general), adapting to a socially distanced world, it has been a real collective moment of transformation. And behind the scenes, our AMR podcast underwent massive change. Tune in as we reflect and reveal some big updates over here at AMR!

0:06.6	This is the final episode of season two.
0:09.7	We did it. We made a podcast during a global pandemic
0:13.2	and all of you, our glorious supporters,
0:16.3	helped us through it and we just want to say we love you for it.
0:19.9	We're just so grateful for everyone joining us on this journey for season two
0:25.0	and we're really proud of the work that we have done.
0:28.6	And just so thankful for all of the folks who spent time to talk with us,
0:32.6	all the conversations that we got to have.
0:35.0	And we also wanted to take some time on this closing episode to sort of reflect a little bit,
0:40.9	talk about what's been going on behind the scenes because there's a lot happening
0:46.3	and what she all can expect from the podcast moving forward.
0:50.8	And there are definitely some exciting and new updates.
0:54.4	It's an interesting thing because we launched season two back in April
0:58.5	and we had plans of doing live podcast recordings over the summer.
1:02.6	We were going to go to IAA and do a big Shin Dig party live recording there.
1:07.8	We had plans of traveling to do more shows.
1:10.4	And then, you know, as the pandemic happened, we had to figure out how to record remotely,
1:17.2	how to get guests to record remotely, how to function,
1:22.8	while staying home every day.
1:25.2	I know for me that was a huge thing.
