So I have a challenge for you. What have I told you that your environment, the way you set up your home, your car, your home office, right, your office, that your environment impacts your emotional state? Think about it. The number one thing we want every

day is to feel good, right? Don't we want to feel good? Because when we feel good, we

perform good. When we perform good, we can impact more people. We can help more people.

We can move things forward in our lives, right? So I always think about

this like what if your environment doesn't make you feel good? What if your house

doesn't make you feel good? Your apartment, your car, your place of work.

Now I know not all that is entirely under your control.

But I was thinking the other day, when I was kicked out of my dad's house,

which would have been the second time I was kicked out of my mom's house which would have been the second time I was

kicked out of my mom's house then my dad's house. I lived off for all my

Southern California friends in Costa Mesa an apartment in Center Street or

off Center Street which if you Google that if you

know anything about it way back in the day and even today it's just still not one of

the nicest neighborhoods and back then when I got into my little my room with this two bedroom apartment with my roommates,

there was a bullet hole in the window and there was an outline of a body directly down below me.

And you think about that environment and it wasn't first of all I

was thrilled because prior to that like I was kicked out of my parents house

of like couch surfing you know was horrible but suddenly having at least my own room

and a bathroom and you know roommates my older brother and his girlfriend at the

time at least I felt like okay but I didn't end there because I knew even when I lived with my mom or my dad that I could take my own room and I can create it the way I wanted to be because I knew back then that if I just set up it up if I

organized it right if I moved things the right way if I painted the walls if I did

something and I just I just want to stress you I know it maybe is a strange
