Hi, it's Andy here and welcome to Radio Headspace until Wednesday morning.

0:19.8

So I wonder if there's a part of you that you would like to change.

0:25.0

For most of us, I think there are aspects of ourselves that we might wish were a little

0:29.6

different and sometimes there might be a feeling as though it's impossible to change.

0:36.8

And the older we get, we might assume that the longer we've been alive, the more solid

0:41.8

those qualities become and therefore the less likely it is to change.

1:35.3

refreshed, replaced in full every six months.

1:39.6

Something like that, we want to sort of a cycle.

1:42.2

So even though we look at our physical body and we might assume that it is solid, that

1:47.3

it's fixed, that it kind of is what it is, well, in truth, the entire physical body is

1:53.6

being refreshed and replenished over that period of time.

1:58.7

So then we might think, yeah, sure, but what about our thoughts and our mind?

2:01.8

That's always the same.
