We have our first two semi-finals in the form of raiding champions, PSG, who won 2-0 at Amfield to complete a 4-0 victory on aggregate over

Liverpool, and Athletico Madrid who held off the Barcelona storm to win 3-2 on aggregate after losing 2-1 at the Metropolitan. I'm joined across the pond by the one and only Mr. Dean Jones. How you doing, mate? Yeah, I'm good, mate. Yeah, that was a good fun night, wasn't it? It was competitive. I know the Liverpool one doesn't sound very competitive in the cold light of day. But it was. It was. Liverpool put up a good fight. And obviously, I think,

yeah, you watched the better game. Obviously, it was closer. There was more on the line, I think.

But overall, I think we've seen two good games tonight. Yeah, I completely agree. I completely agree.

We'll start in Madrid, though, at the Wonder Metroletano for game between Athlete and Barcelona to 1-2 Barcelona on the night,

but not enough to overturn that 2-0 aggregate defeat,

or 2-0 first-legged defeat, I should say, at camp now.

And, Dean, there's a couple of things here.

I mean, the first is that I was talking to Sam and

Dugge earlier on today, we were recording the truth. And all of us were like, do you reckon

were on for something special here tonight? And it kind of felt like it. You know, at this point,

last week, when I watched Adletti win 2-0, their first victory at Cam Now under Diego

Simioni, their first victory there for 20 years.

I kind of did the podcast straight afterwards and was like, I think, I think that might be

it. I think Barcelona might be dead and buried. And as the game has got closer and closer and

you're seeing the discussions around it, you're seeing the interviews, that's a brilliant interview

with Lamin Amal, you're starting to think, actually, you know what? If anyone could,

it's probably this Barcelona side. And then they rush into a two-nil lead,

24 minutes into this game. And you're like, oh, wow, we could be on for one of the all-time

...
