So I'm joined today on this episode with a very, very dear friend of mine.

Paul Dolan, one of the coaches over here at the Freedom Club for the

mortgage market animals and also a very successful branch manager. And you're based out of,

you're based in Austin, but you guys are pretty much in all 50 states, right? Yeah, we're,

we have a virtual team all across the country where we find amazing, when we find an

amazing loan officer, wherever they are, help them get to where they want to be.

Yeah, and I've seen the direct results of it, man, you guys are doing really, really,

really good stuff over there and have for quite some time. Well, I reached out to Paul the

other day, and I pulled out my white glove,

and I gave him the proverbial slap of the white glove, and I said, Paul, I challenge you to a duel,

and you said, challenge accepted. So what Paul and I are doing today, we thought it'd be kind of fun.

Paul, very dear friend of mine for a long time. And we thought we would just pop questions back

and forth each other and what we're calling a duel. I'd call it more of like a dueling banjos or

something like that. Well, we're just going to sit here and ask questions back and forth to each other.

And I don't know your questions. You don't know mine. And we'll just kind of see how this thing goes. Does that sound like a good plan? Absolutely. I hope you're ready. Okay.
