recovered from what feels like several weeks of like borderline having a cold

then it was like a little bit of a cough, and then my voice was all

messed up and I finally feel like that's behind me. Although with the weather on the

East Coast right now, I'm not sure how long this is going to last, but I'm going to enjoy

feeling better while it's here. It is definitely cold and I actually just got back in town late.

Actually, I guess considering it would be this morning since I got in

around 3 a.m. but it is freezing cold here and I'm going to try my best to continue to get steps in.

Fortunately, I have two dogs that require lots of energy release.

And so take them on walks, get them outside.
