Today's episode is a chakra meditation.

It's a very simple, basic meditation to help open up the energy pathways of the body

and to help balance the energy in the body.

Our attention is like a beam of energy.

Whenever we direct it to any part of the body, it brings energy there, and when we have

our attention on our chakras, they become in live end.

We'll begin by getting into a very relaxed state, and then just easily direct our awareness

to the different chakras.

This meditation can be done either sitting or lying down.

Find a position that's comfortable.

Now close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breathing.

Maybe aware of the breath moving in and out.
