Transcendental meditation coach a real guru a real yoda. He's a very sweet man. He's retired in Brazil and I went to him in like 20 years ago. I went to him for acupuncture and then he did so much more. He'd work, he does a lot of body work and any he's just a spiritual

wise elder who taught me a lot so I figured hey let's let's shoot the shit and

see how he's handling this pandemic and everything.

So it's a good talk.

He's a very smart wise man.

Spiritual narcissists who act like they have all the answers. I want to be surrounded

by people asking questions, not giving answers. I want to be around people that are agnostic

and say, I don't know know maybe it's this and not just

saying they know everything I think that's a sign of intelligence the Dunning

Kruger effect that's where not very intelligent people think they know everything and smart people say,

I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. Fascinated with that. As well as Apofine is another one I like meaning

people that connect patterns that aren't there
