Now, today, we'd like to talk about, wow, apparently something new.

I can see a bunch of young adults, you know, younger adults, sitting around a coffee shop or a bar,

having a little conversation. And one young adult, millennial, says to the other,

did you see this new investment that pays 5% per year? Oh my gosh. They're called CDs. I mean, I think that stands for

come on down. Get your money. I mean, I can put $1,000 in there and they're going to give me $50 a

year. These are incredible.

You forgot the other... What do you think of this new invention?

I can't...

It's like hotcakes. It's just like I got to have some of those. They're selling like crazy. You've got to give me some. Yeah. I think we're talking about certificates of deposit, I want to be sure. Yeah. This is an interesting moment in financial history, if you will, which, by the way, I just as a side note, I love your history of investing, which you'll be doing at retirement. I read it again because we're working on the program for the event. I just think it's great. Really? It explains where all this came from. I mean, it's fascinating me. So because what's the history of retirement.
