Ukraine marks a number of anniversaries in February.

On the positive side, it's the 10th anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity,

which ended with the flight of the leptocratic president, Victor Yanukovych, from Kiev.

But more sadly, it's also the 10th anniversary of the appearance in Crimea of little green men,

Russian forces without insignia, which led a few weeks later to Russia's annexation of the

peninsula and then to Russia's intervention in eastern Ukraine. And of course, it's also

the second anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February the 24th, 2022,

an invasion that launched a war that has cost, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky,
