0:44.9	Elizabeth Cornago, for a short discussion of the key questions that the event raised.
0:50.9	But let me introduce the Timmermans event first. The Commission is putting out various proposals to strengthen incentives to decarbonise in July.
1:00.0	That's all under the banner of the Fit 455 package.
1:05.0	And the package includes a proposal for an awkwardly titled, and I always get this wrong, carbon border adjustment
1:12.7	mechanism, or C-BAM, reform of the EU's emissions trading scheme, which has been long-standing
1:19.6	and has been in effect since 2005, and an update to the effort sharing regulationaring regulation alongside various other initiatives too.
1:30.8	The C-BAM and the ETS reform are the biggest issues, really.
