Guys, I just got back from an awesome trip out to California. I was in LA and San Diego doing speaking events at both

I met so many of you guys and I just want to say thank you all for coming out. It was amazing. We did Badros' fitness business summit which

Was one of the best events I've ever done mainly because

It was very practical in nature as you guys know. I'm not big on

Quote unquote motivational speaking. It's my belief that if you're gonna show up to speak and people paid to attend

It's your job to teach them some shit. Okay, and

Everybody there seemed to grasp that concept. I thought that was really cool because not every event that I do is that the case

You know, I just feel like that when people are gonna pay money you got to give them something

And you know, I feel good about what I gave I talked about something that I don't talk about anywhere else and it went over really well

And then the next day we had an event in in Hollywood

We had almost 600 people show up to that. That was awesome

If you guys showed up to that, you know how that went down it was really really cool

We got to hear from a lot of people from a lot of different points of view. I thought that was really neat

So I just want to say thank you guys for showing up and supporting and

You know meeting all you guys was was really cool. Hopefully we'll get to do I have a lot more speaking engagements this year than I typically do
