| 0:05.0 | is to explain how we have been handling the COVID-19 outbreak so far and to let people know what |

| 0:12.1 | Firstly, I want to take a moment to let everyone know that |
| 0:14.7 | although some of our colleagues have been exposed and some have already contracted the virus, |
| 0:19.1 | they are recovering well and have taken all sensible precautions to stay healthy and quarantined. |
| 0:24.0 | We are in daily contact to ensure their well-being, |
| 0:26.0 | and I am sure I speak for everyone when I wish them a speedy and full recovery. |
| 0:30.0 | Thankfully, we took a number of early precautionary measures which have helped us to mitigate any problems before they could escalate. |
| 0:37.0 | This included closing our recording studios, implementing self-isilating procedures, and organizing a dedicated crisis team to help ensure all our colleagues ongoing well-being during this time. |
| 0:47.0 | Naturally, an exceptional situation like this does mean we are going to be making some further changes going forward. However, to be absolutely clear, we are still very much open for business. |
| 0:58.1 | As content creators, we have a responsibility both to our colleagues and to our fans to provide employment and entertainment respectively, especially in times of hardship. |
| 1:07.0 | With this in mind I can confirm that all of our colleagues are retaining their positions and we are going to continue our existing release schedule as planned for all shows. |
| 1:15.0 | Furthermore, we will be providing regular updates for everyone as to how things are running. |
| 1:20.0 | That said, we are going to need to make the following adjustments to our productions to ensure that we can continue to work in a safe and sustainable manner for the foreseeable future. |
| 1:28.0 | Firstly, I am sorry to announce that we are cancelling our live in-person participation in any events until further notice, including the 2020 Gaming and Giving Live Stream. |
| 1:38.0 | In their place, we are arranging to take part in a number of online equivalents. |
| 1:42.0 | The 2020 Gaming and giving live stream will still |
| 1:44.4 | take place this year but we are now looking at streaming remotely without a live |
| 1:48.4 | audience. We will provide more information about all of these as soon as we can. |
| 1:53.0 | Secondly, as I mentioned previously, |
| 1:55.0 | our recording studios are closed for the foreseeable future. |
