0:22.4	Good. We wanted to bring Hugh on because there's a big trend going on in the world of telecom and
0:27.3	really wanted to bring somebody on to talk about it and what's happening. And if you've missed this,
0:32.8	there's a huge big rollout with 5G. I know it's been all in the news with Huawei and all these different factors,
0:39.5	but I think it's an important trend to understand, especially as investors. So, Hugh, maybe you
0:44.0	could tell us a little bit about your background. My background is being a real estate and telecom
0:47.9	attorney for over 20 years plus. I was an attorney inside AT&T for almost 11 years. And I worked with them throughout the
0:55.3	West United States and the acquisition of via purchase or leasing a property for the rollout of
1:02.5	cell towers, of other types of telecom equipment throughout the West United States. And in 2010,
1:09.2	myself and a couple other people formed a consulting firm. We kind of
1:12.9	jumped on the other side of the table, per se, to form a consulting firm to assist the other side.
1:18.0	And what I mean by that is assist the property owners who are leasing their land or granting a right
1:23.2	to use their land to an AT&T, a T-Mobile, Verizon, or even some of the big tower companies like Crown Castle or American Tower.
1:30.2	So we started that 10 years ago and then working for people all across the United States since then.
1:34.9	So you're really helping the property owners negotiate with the big companies?
