to help you sleep. Before we start, choose a space in which to meditate. This could be a comfortable

chair or it could be your bed. One of the aims of this meditation is to help you sleep.

So you may wish to choose your bed. Put on comfortable, comfortable clothing, comfortable

loose clothing. When you're ready, we will start. Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Come into the present moment. In a process which is evolving rather than immediate, allowing for
