Hi, I'm Dave.

I've been walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I am walking right

now and would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes. It is depending on

which direction I look. This direction I can see blue sky and some very tame and harmless white clouds.

And I turn this way and I see a thick blanket of gray with some clouds that might even be a little threatening,

although I checked my weather app before I left,

and there was no indication of rain,

and my weather app is never wrong.

Right.

So I don't know that this day has decided what it wants to be when it grows up.

I will say that the forecast leans more towards the blue sky, but we'll see. So if you've seen any famous people while you have been out walking, I've seen a few.

Got some fun stories. Obviously for this to happen, you need to walk often enough to even have that opportunity.

And it helps to walk in places where famous people are.

Although I will tell you that my favorite celebrity sighting while walking story actually happened on the

sidewalk in front of my house in North Lentica, Maryland. Hardly a hotspot for celebrities.
