And a fitness promise is you make a promise to yourself to walk every day, whether it's for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30

minutes, a mile, two miles, around the block, whatever works for you. And you make that promise

for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, I recommend 90 days.

Every 90 days you kind of reevaluate the promise and change it, keep it the same way it is,
