This week, I'm back from another celebrity crews, giving another try, and wanted to compare and contrast this, especially considering this is my first time going on celebrity with the new status matching.

Here we go.

Okay. time going on Celebrity with the new status matching. Here we go. So as you may recall, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity upgraded their status matching options fairly recently.

What that really means is there's a much better one-to-one status matching between the Royal Caribbean tier and what the celebrity tier is in

Captain's Club. Now, the big difference for me is I am now a Pinnacle Club member, and that

gives me the equivalent top-tier status with celebrity being Zenith. Previously, it was maxed out

at Elite Plus or whatever they call that status right below Zenith in

Captain's Club. And I wanted to test that out. In addition, I also wanted to go on one of these

celebrity cruises that visits a perfect day at Cocoa Key. Celebrity started new cruises this year

that visit Royal Crimin's Private Island. And Celebrity is one of those ships. Now,

reflection is also a Solstice class ship,

another ship that I've not been on.

I've only done the Edge Class ship.

So there's a couple different things here that I really had

and I wanted to check out that were different

than my other celebrity cruises.

Now, previously when I went on Apex and Ascent,

I enjoyed those cruises, but I still yearned for Royal Caribbean,

especially in the entertainment area.

Ships were great, good choices, good dining, things I liked about it.
