Well, the reason I wrote this book is not, you know, I've written so many beauty books and I'm known for, you know, natural makeup and confidence and being comfortable in your skin. But I realized I had more to teach. You know, I really, as you guys know, I can't help myself. I really do

believe that. You can't rest. Well, I don't, I don't want to rest, but no, I just really believe that

it's possible to reinvent yourself at any time. And it's also being resilient of all the stuff

that gets thrown at us in life, you know, like, it's up to you.

My dad taught me something really important.

If you remember nothing else, you can't always control the situation, but you can't control your attitude.
