today's episode is going to be really fun because it's going to be about a lot of

aesthetic information like tips that Dr. Allenby can offer us to really learn but I want to kind of dive in Dr. Allenby and talk to you about maybe just get us started on a good note of like something we should all be doing for our skin because I think that's the big question that we always get.

20th year anniversary from my office and I'm like you know what I can easily come up with 20 reasons right after bad of tips that people can use that maybe helps guide them gives them a better understanding you know something

that they need to think about when they're going to especially dermatologist

who's doing aesthetics or actually

anybody who's doing a setics to that matter. Yeah exactly.

Congratulations on your 20 year anniversary. That's amazing.

It's really, really amazing. So kind of shocking.

And yeah, like that's what I'm excited about because these are the 20 things that I think

everyone needs to know kind of, you know, about a startic. excited about
