This year I'm thankful for my sons, they're three and five years years old and they just add so much joy and

fun to my life. I'm thankful that we can live in a state where we can hike and

experience nature. I'm thankful this year for technology because I just moved away from my

family so it helps me keep in touch with them. This year I'm thankful that my family is

healthy and happy. I'm thankful for the opportunity each evening where I get to sit with my

daughters before they go to sleep and talk with them. Well today we'll explore

what thankfulness means even to those situations where you might be struggling to say thank you.
