Welcome to the Rosary meditation.

Merry Christmas, but it's still Christmas Eve where we are recording. We are all drinking

trying to stay awake for midnight mass and praying the rosary. So let's begin in the name of the

Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Let's call to mind all those we've

promised to pray for, especially offering our ro Rosary united with the thousands of others

for all of the loved ones their names that have been submitted for their deeper conversion and for all of their

temporal needs.

Christmas is the mystery of a

God became something very small, a little baby, so that we could become something very great,

sons and daughters of God.

As Saint Athanasius, Saint Augustine, and Saint Thomas Aquinas have said,

For the son of God became man, so that we might become God.

Pay close attention at mass before the Eucharistic prayer

when the priest pours one drop of water into the wine and praise.

By the mystery of this water and wine,

may we come to share in the divinity of Christ

who humbled himself to share in our humanity.

That is the whole meaning of Christmas.

God humbled himself to share in our human nature

in order to give us a share in his divine nature making us sons and

daughters of God.
