Hey, girlfriend, thank you so much for being here with me.

I cannot believe this is number 400.

I have sat down with a microphone 400 times.

Kind of crazy, right? In a little over seven years. So super fun to be celebrating this special

episode of girlfriends with you, celebrating the fact that we've created so much content together

and connected so many different times in different ways

and about big things and little things. And truly doing the podcast is such a joy for me.

And it's a thrill to have this milestone and a reason to kind of say, yay, and celebrate girlfriends.

Because when I started out doing this, and actually some of your questions that I'm going to get to

have to do with kind of what's behind the podcast and all of that. But I never envisioned that I would do it forever.

I probably still won't do it forever. But I never envisioned I would do it for as long as I have

and that it would turn into something that's so very meaningful and important to me. So I love the personal connection we're

able to have here. And this is a great excuse to just take a moment and just celebrate the fact

that we've done this, right, together. 400 episodes. Yay. Fantastic. I'm so grateful to all of you
