First, I'm wondering if your week was as much of a roller coaster as mine was.

Crazy how staying at home could have such an arc to it.

There's like a lot can happen, right?

On the good side, I managed to get my bearings in some regards.

Long-time listeners know there are two areas that I have been working on finding better

boundaries in.

Screens and sugar.

And I have been under stay-at-home orders now for four weeks,

and for the first three weeks, I just let it all go.

I said, fuck it, you know?

I was so freaked out.

It just let myself eat as much sugar as I want.

I was on screens all dead.

I didn't even try to set a boundary.

And then at the end of that third week, I started feeling shitty.
