what I've learned in the past six months about how Congress works.

Can I go off on that just a little bit because this is my first year where I'm

reading everything that happens in the House of Representatives so I'm

definitely learning a lot about not only what's in the bills but also the process

and this has been an eye-opening month for me because it's absolutely killing me. So, okay, this Congress

started in January with all kinds of crises, you know, the fiscal cliff and the

government almost shut down and it was kind of crazy.

And so they figure out all that stuff by like March.
