| 0:58.7 | today what I did is I read something that comes with the bill. |

| 1:06.1 | And then there's a report that comes with it out of the committee. |
| 1:09.2 | And the report is where they tell you the reasoning behind why they funded things the way they did. |

| 1:21.0 | And so I found out a lot of things about what our military is planning to do. |
