Today's episode is about receiving. I'm specifically talking to women. However, we all have

the feminine essence inside of us. So to anyone who may feel this is applicable, I invite you to

listen and really receive this information. Everything I'm going to be sharing with you is not

anything new. And it's nothing that I'm teaching you and it's nothing I'm the authority on.

It's more of an energetic that I happen to be more tapped into

right now in my life and something I've done a lot of work to reclaim. And that is the feminine power

of receiving and receptivity. Some of you know my story. I'll just briefly summarize. A big part of my journey has been letting go of my addiction to overachieving, to control,

and to doing.

It was a compensatory strategy for me to have a lot of ambition and to do, do, do,

and enough was never enough.

It came from feeling like I didn't belong, being teased and bullied, left out, late puberty,

all kinds of things in those formative years that can give one the feeling of not enoughness.

I'm sure you all have your own version of that to some degree.

And whenever we feel not enough in some area of our life, we compensate.
