| 0:00.0 | Decisions. They can be liberating or paralyzing. They're liberating if we relish in the freedom we have when it comes to choosing everything from our outfit to our job to our thoughts, but they're |
| 0:13.9 | paralyzing if we hang out in limbo way too long going back and forth between |
| 0:18.7 | options. Our head may be telling us one thing while our heart is nudging us toward another. |

| 1:19.1 | coloring your better judgment. When our emotions take over in decision-making, we don't think as clearly. |
| 1:26.0 | Of course you do not want the pro-con list your head makes to silence the wisdom of your |
| 1:30.6 | heart, which is why it's important to differentiate between what's truly |
| 1:34.9 | your intuition versus emotional attachment to something. |
| 1:39.4 | So when you're in limbo about a choice, consider your values and long-term vision. Put aside your feelings for a moment |
| 1:45.0 | and ask, what choice is going to take me toward my vision and is most aligned with my values? |
