Hey everybody got a quickie coaches corner for you this week as I came out of my

meditation practice I thought you know I think I'm going to talk about meditation on Coaches Corner

this weekend because I have had a really hard time lately getting back into my

meditation practice I took some time out of it to do some breath work and just because I got busy and because I've been in love and all kinds of other reasons or excuses and getting back into it hasn't

been easy and that's true for anything we get out of for a while.

Bringing that habit back is sometimes challenging,

which is why I always encourage anyone

when you're starting a new practice

to do it for 40 days straight, because if you actually do it for 40 days straight.

Because if you actually do it for 40 days in a row,

it turns from a discipline into a habit.

So I'm back into that practice with meditation, turning it from a discipline into a habit.

If you don't have it, what it is is it's two things. One it's the

way I do my get-to list I like to call them get-to's rather than to-do's is I read

everything that I want to get done for the day on one side and everything I'd like

spirit or universe to assist me with on the other. It's a very cool way that I do it, I explain it in the

overwhelmed and it keeps me organized. And then the other part of the journal I

walk you through how to do a 40-day practice by picking one discipline to start, one discipline to stop, and one behavior

to modify in some way so that you have healthier habits.
