0:15.0

First, October 10th is World Mental Health Day

0:20.0

and the objective of that is raising awareness of mental health issues around the world

0:25.0

to really mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

0:29.0

Because our mental health is a massive part of our overall health and well-being. The second reason is I get a lot of

1:31.6

dive in. And the first thing is this, and this may be the most

1:35.7

important thing that I say in this episode, so really, really hear this. If you are dealing with depression and or anxiety, I want you to know you are not alone.

1:49.3

You're not alone in the sense that other people are dealing with this and you're not alone and

1:55.1

even people that aren't dealing with depression and anxiety are there to

1:59.3

support you. This is not something you have to face alone.

2:04.0
