Summary

Ladies, do you lean more toward being a bitch or a doormat? I know that's not a very nice question to ask, but it's an important one! We all have the capacity to have bitchy moments when we are impatient, snappy, cold or just a bit rude. And we all have the capacity to have moments where we people please or let someone else walk over our boundaries. In this episode I talk about why we act this way and what we can do to change it.

0:09.2	Are you a doormat or a bitch? I was inspired by an article. I'll get to that in a moment
0:15.4	before I dive in. I just want to share a couple things. First we're back in San Diego
0:19.7	which is where I used to live and then we're definitely live together and it's so beautiful
0:23.2	to be back here and I'm excited that I'm going to be coming back again for my Women's
0:29.4	Retreat that is happening in San Diego this year and we are filling up and we're getting
0:34.1	close. We're basically two months away. It's October 13th through the 15th. It is life-changing.
