I'm so excited to have my guests here today, and I'll introduce her in a moment.

Someone calls in with a question and I coach them, blending my 20 years of life coaching experience

and my work as a spiritual psychologist.

that I found new into my mother her journey. I think my sister forwarded me her content and said,

And the first reel that I watched of hers, I laughed out loud and then I just

binged on her content. And anytime I'm feeling down or just need a laugh, I go and find

Caitlin's newest reel. Thank goodness she releases quite a few because I always go check them out.

Because as a mom and just as a person who is kind of wired to

overthink, I find what she says so relatable. She says the things that I'm thinking, but in a much

funnier way. And Caitlin never set out to be a quote unquote influencer. She has amassed a huge
