Hi everybody and welcome to Coaches Corner. I am so excited to share this episode with you

0:08.8

because I brought on one of my best friends in the whole entire world and my business partner,

0:14.4

Alexi Panos, onto the show. She and I have been friends for, oh my gosh, has it been a decade?

0:21.5

Close to a decade. It's been amazing to watch her journey as a coach, as an entrepreneur,

0:28.1

as a mama. She's a mama of four kiddos. She's got a three-year-old, two twin-one-year-olds

0:34.8

and a newborn. She's the author of several books. She is an incredible coach and speaker. She's

0:42.6

spoken all around the world. She's a philanthropist. She with her husband have an incredible

0:48.1

breakthrough program called The Bridge. There's just so much more. You can see her bio in the show

notes. She's about us. And she's one of those people that just walks the talk. And that's one of

0:58.4

the many, many, many reasons that she and I joined with our husband, Stefano's. My husband and her

husband, Preston Smile, who's also just a weapon in his own world, incredible speaker, coach, author,

all the things, and started a coaching institute. We started having this conversation about starting

1:16.1

a coaching institute many years ago. Probably, while I started having it with Preston before I'm

1:21.6

at Stef, then the four of us got together, I think, in 2018. And we're like, something is missing

1:28.9

from the coaching industry. We all had to piecemeal our training together. We had to spend hundreds

1:34.0

of thousands of dollars traveling the world, studying with all these different people to get

1:39.1

everything. I mean, we could go study an LP, for example, but that left out the emotions and

1:45.6

spirituality. We could go study spirituality, but that left out things like nonviolent

1:50.9

communication and how to work with trauma in the physical body. I mean, and all of us in being

1:57.4

coaches with over 50 plus years of experience, we're looking at the different training institutes

and going, okay, well, that one's good. That one's good. But if you do that, you have to do that one.

2:06.7

If you do that, you have to do that one because the kind of coaches that we are that we can show up
