Hey everyone, in today's video I'm going to be responding to Pastor John MacArthur.

He is a very popular, reformed or Calvinist Protestant pastor and theologian.

He was on the Ben Shapiro show not too long ago.

I wrote an article even about that, critiquing some of his incorrect views about Catholic history.

But today I want to respond to a video that I saw on YouTube.

I think it's called Catholicism Exposed.

But it's MacArthur being interviewed by someone and he's putting forward a lot of different

arguments against the Catholic faith, so I thought that I would respond to them.

So without further ado, here is my response to Pastor John MacArthur on the Catholic

Faith.

Now the question is does church history support the Roman Catholic Church?

Well I think the appropriate answer to that is Roman Catholic Church History supports

the Roman Catholic Church.

Obviously they have their own history.

But to say that all of the history of the church unanimously comes behind Rome is not

true.

No one is saying the church fathers articulated doctrine in the same way the post Vatican

II church articulates doctrine.

But a better question to ask is this.

What current church would the fathers more clearly recognize as being analogous to the

church of their own time?
