0:22.1	But for the past two weeks, you've probably noticed we changed up the podcast a little

0:26.4	Instead of doing a 30 minute episode on Tuesday and Thursday, I've been doing 15 minute
0:32.0	episodes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
0:35.5	And I've also been mirroring these on our YouTube channel.
0:39.0	So the Council of Trend existed on YouTube for over a year, but I only put my rebuttal

0:45.5	It was really in the past few months.
0:47.0	I decided, you know what?
0:48.3	I want to also share my podcasts, share these Council of Trend episodes with the people
0:53.4	who are watching on YouTube.
0:54.6	So that's what I want to talk about today.
0:57.2	Today's episode is a bit more inward looking.
0:59.6	It's almost kind of confessional, if you will.
1:02.2	And I'm just thinking about where the podcast has come from, how it's grown, what I'm looking
